Reduced stress &amp; improved quality of sleep. </p>

<p>Additionally, I still counted my steps from cardio but aimed a little bit higher than 10K daily steps, more so around 12-15k, now. I typically get about 6.8k steps from incline treadmill. Getting&hellip;</p>

<p>I’ve been dieting since December.</p>
<p>No deloads, been doing low volume, high frequency training @ 0-1 RIR, heavy loads, aiming for 5-8 (sometimes 10) reps, with noted decrease in velocity of the movement.</p>
<p>My sleep quality was pretty awful from December to the first week of February, but it’s been much better&hellip;</p>

<p>So I’m currently wondering if I should continue to reduce my calories or maintain at the moment. I just don&#8217;t want to get to the point where I am eating less than 2,000.</p>

<p>I’m 26 F, 5’5”</p>
<p>Goal: To reach 148 lbs (Deficit/Cut)</p>

<p>Dropped my weight from 177 to around 168</p>
