The super salads were actually insane , now let&#8217;s crack on down to 255 , hiit starts tmo as I&#8217;m happy my legs and fitness can handle it </p>

<p>This was just before bed after around 550 carb.</p>
<p>Weight was up just two pounds. So to avoid the big drop again, cardio has been pulled down to 30 mins from 40, I really need to hold my leg size now. Steps are 10k, food the same. </p>
