Cardio is 10k steps daily, 30 minutes incline treadmill after a Saturday&#8217;s workout and an hour of cardio on Sunday. </p>

Because when I think of stair master or recumbent bike, I am going to use my quads and glutes to a huge extent as well and I do think it&#8217;s not going to be ideal. </p>

I am currently in the process of minicutting. Due to my schedule I eat my pre-workout meal at 1 PM, have a banana right before training, train at 4 PM, consume 50g of dextrose immediately after training, and have my post-workout meal around 6:30 PM.</p>
<p>Would EAAs benefit me? If so, how much should I take or is it dependent on the company and&hellip;</p>
