Thanks Brady! I really appreciate the input here. He hasn’t seen the urologist yet – he’s experiencing fatigue from low E2 also and he’s feeling discouraged, so we’re going to explore some things to help in the meantime.

I have a new client who sent me his most recent bloodwork. He has been experiencing gyno-related issues (VERY sensitive nipples) for a while now and lowered his self-prescribed ‘TRT’ dose to 60mg/week (gyno gets worse at higher doses). Additionally, to mitigate sides and reduce nipple sensitivity, he was taking letro (didn’t know…

I really appreciate the feedback. The way I understand it, the two conflict each another. Exogenous testosterone causes negative feedback that suppresses LH/FSH secretion from the pituitary, and HCG/clomid stimulate the pituitary to produce LH – which is then suppressed by negative feedback. But yet many doctors prescribe…

Physiologically, when someone is on cycle or TRT – where LH and FSH are tanked due to negative feedback – does it make sense (is it efficacious) to take clomid or the other compounds listed above to increase FSH/LH and natural testosterone production and/or fertility?
