I’ve been involved in fitness for about a year now, mostly with the goal of losing weight. At one point, I had even reduced my body fat enough to make my abs visible.</p>
<p>However, I was never able&hellip;<span class="activity-read-more" id="activity-read-more-128003"><a href="https://www.trainedbyjp.com/forums/topic/advice-on-building-muscle-with-current-fat/" rel="nofollow"> Read more</a></span></p>
