<p>When running Full Body would you always start with Upper body work first and then head to Lower, or would you change that if your Lower body was lagging more?</p>

<p>Sad day when the yogurt has to go, big fan of GY but it can be tricky on the tummy! I don&#8217;t know if Fage yogurt is available overseas (I&#8217;m in the US) but if it is and if you can find it, Fage make a Lactose Free GY which is delicious 🙂 </p>

<p>It&#8217;s really interesting to hear this thought process since Jordan seems to have an opposite one (at least during the filming of the Education section). I remember him saying he likes to increase Test as someone gets closer to the show since being leaner they can take advantage of increased fullness. <p>I ran my first cycle earlier this year. I ran 300 mg of Test for 16 weeks. I have been cruising for 16 weeks (doctor-prescribed TRT) and am going to be getting ready to run my second cycle.</p>

<p>Yessir I&#8217;m in the process of doing that. I believe the root of the problem is tight hips and a tight ankle from a reoccuring injury from football (American football). I am just trying to find a way to work around the injury while I improve mobility for the time being</p>

<p>500 mg with last meal and 500 mg with the meal prior to that for a dose of 1g daily.</p>
