<p>As ive been responding very well to high frequency , or should i just stick to my current split? Thanks</p>

Sometimes i have to go to the gym during peak hours and waiting for the smith will be very time consuming as theres only one at my gym so i would rather substitute it for something similar when im not able to perform these exercises</p>
