<p>I know its not directly training related but i don&#8217;t where else to post this.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m from Switzerland and am planning on doing a UK bodybuilding trip in may. Any city/cities you can recommend where gyms are dope but there&#8217;s also stuff to do and see in the city outside of the gym? </p>

<p>Whats your current wake and sleep time? When in this busy days do you cook/prep your meals, do cardio, train, eat? Can you maybe lay out one full day of JP from wake to sleep (only with the stuff you wanna share ofc)?</p>
