I prefer for my 2 lifts per week where I don&#8217;t have class to go after meal 1 as opposed to after meal 2. Should I do any fasted cardio on these days? I also track steps so could be doing 20-30 minutes of steps in the morning and go back to do my 40 minutes of&hellip;</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class = "activity-discussion-title-wrap"><a href="https://www.trainedbyjp.com/forums/topic/rate-of-loss-3/">Rate of loss</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>I am starting around 18-20% bodyfat, I assume I can use a large rate of loss but not sure exactly how big I can go. Trying to get to around 13% bodyfat as soon as possible. I have beend dieting for about 5 weeks now using around a .7-1% rate of loss per week. No loss in strength very little hunger good energy. </p>
