<p>Red blood cells, liver, kidneys and lipids all firmly in the green and no different to before any gear usage also</p>

My guess would perhaps be digestion, at which point my next question would be, assuming one tolerates pasta without comprising digestion and the rest of their food intake for the day is pasta a good&hellip;</p>
