Currently weighing 73.5kg and would really like to compete at a beginner level in the next couple of years but I’m not sure if that’s realistic. I usually get 7-8 hours sleep per night however I do take my fish oil , magnesium and D3 first thing in the morning , could this be causing a crash later in the day? Thanks</p>
