The most I have ever done is the prep myself and you (hilly) done back in 2023, felt ok then</p>
<p>Off seasons etc i just feel my body is super happy and feels to work well with me and i see good progress when the dose is lower, which obviously seems odd to me.. maybe what kuba says might be a good point.</p>

I have tried to put my gear up a few times (500mg a week for most bits) example 500mg test and 600 mast etc </p>
<p>But everytime I do I don’t seem to put on the weight I expect and don’t feel great like I’m pushing forward as I would expect again. </p>

Egfr up from 74 to 78 </p>

Got pretty lean<br />
Other photo is current, on test and deca was on 300 test 200deca and the last 2 weeks gone up to 600 test and 400 deca and have seen a good change in look (don’t think I’m to fat yet?) </p>

Pretty lean still have abs and lines in legs and glutes<br />

But was wondering can I use this in prep also as I seem to respond well to it? Instead of swapping over to your usual EQ etc<br />

Primo 500mg</p>
<p>Always find when I up the test 300 or above a week it feels and looks like it has a negative impacts on my physique.. not sure if this is a mental thing or what lol</p>
