I’ve been monitoring my cholesterols ( and other things) now for over over 3 years. I cannot seem to get it into a better range than what it’s at which is ok but not optimal. It never really seems to shift in either direction even when I was off gear for over 2 years.

Thanks Hilly. Haha true maybe saying scarily low was a bit of an exaggeration. Hopefully I’ll get able to increase my HDL and I’ll re test soon.

Check their local laws, however I have always travelled no issues and just put it in my main hold luggage, orals and injectable, most recent place was barbados pre covid.

If just taking hand luggage I wouldn’t take any injectables, the only thing I’d take in that instance is orals.

However just because I was lucky it doesn’t mean you will be.
