<p>Today was the PCA naturals! My girls got 3rd and 5th today in wellness, another great line up! Both are at the finals tomorrow. </p>

<p>I had to take Arlo to the vets this morning for an operation, they had to remove the implant he had around 4 months ago due to a potential infection. It was successful and he&#8217;s doing well.</p>

<p>I personally think getting carbs in when pushing food is hard when you are eating whole foods only. This is why you see bodybuilders eat cereal, honey etc.</p>

<p>I trained with a client today she drove to ultra  which was lovely. I had a look over her too, she is 2 weeks out from her first ever show. <br />Very happy with how she’s looking, she is only 21 with so much potential and works at the tbjp gym actually.</p>

<p>I normally take 4 days off, do to my cardio and my steps though and stick to my rest day calories. That has always worked for me and my clients. I have been known to not do cardio if I’m really fatigued. </p>

It&#8217;s so important to keep on top of it. <p>I would put the incline press after your laterals, reason being you&#8217;ll probably find the pull movements take away from your incline press with it being towards the back end.</p>
<p>Same with the other uppers move all pressing to beginning. Just my opinion.</p>
<p>Is your whole lower weak? This will determine how you structure your leg days.</p>

<p>No i personally wouldn&#8217;t add in anymore food on your training day, if you need to do cardio then. As long as weight is holding and you aren’t dropping you are all good 🙂 </p>

<p>No I don’t pose everyday at least 3 times per week at the moment, however in prep it goes to daily. </p>
<p>Posing in the offseason isn’t as enjoyable hahaha but it’s needed, my flow has gotten so much better and I’m playing around with things I want to add in next year too. The more you practise the better 🙂 </p>

Nathan has added in more volume which will make training legs a lot more fun. I do enjoy the top set back off set style training but adding in this extra volume has made it very spicy!! </p>

<p><span>I do 200cals every rest day which is around 20 mins on the stair master. </span></p>
<p><span>It won’t impact muscle growth. </span></p>

<p>You do want to aim for more whole foods in a diet or prep in my opinion anyway. </p>
<p>If you find you do get hungry which you will, then I wouldn’t drink juice, I’d aim to get more calories from higher volume carb sources like potato and oats. </p>

<p>After filming we drove back to Pheobe’s, I chilled there for a bit had another meal and then came home. </p>

<p>Incredible quads session, a fab check in with Nathan he is very happy with where I am at. I’m looking nice and full and I’m just so excited for the rest of this offseason. </p>
