Let’s say the calories stay the same. </p>
<p>At which point would you decide to adjust the ratio of macros. For example increase protein, reduce fat etc. </p>
<p>What is the key indicators that would suggest someone would need more/less of each macro. </p>

Planning on the app. It is great. However the macro split is way different to what I have been told in the past.<br />
I am 6’2 and 217lb usually I have been following the following in a bulk<br />
1g per lb of bw for protein<br />
25-30% calories fat<br />
Rest carbs </p>
