Would you look at adding in a 19nor for my next step or just add more Test?</span></p>
<p>I have never tested a 19nor yet.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t want to go over 800g per week, I&#8217;m 41 and eating 5,226 on training days and 4,100 rest days but with higher fats and lower carbs.</p>
