<p>I have just completed my dieting phase and now want to start my offseason, but take it slowly, hoping to put on .5lbs a week for what I hope to be a year. My question is, do I go into a rebound phase where I slowly increase calories back to maintenance, or can I just go straight into my surplus? My hunger is very high as I have had&hellip;</p>

<p>Im training U/L currently and am contemplating adding more volume, I am recovering well now and do not have any soreness but I am in a fat loss phase. Should I add more volume or wait until my push up phase and see how Im progressing?</p>

I can only train 3-4 times a week, but 3 of the days will be consecutive. (Friday,Saturday,Sunday)I’ve just been running U/L but I&#8217;m willing to experiment with full body training as well. Any recommendations? </p>
