So up 4.8lbs </p>
<p>Did 2 hard rounds posing, 30 mins cardio and steps 40 mins and weighed at 293lbs </p>
<p>Today has hit hard even after food. I felt very fatigued. And just wanted to get in the gym on my own and get shit done. Not talk to anyone and just be on prep in my own head. </p>
