Any places he can go? </p>
<p>He tore open his hand here in the states, got surgery but had vacation already planned. So need to get him covered while out there. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>All the plate loaded leg presses at my gym are “broke” so my alternative is the horizontal leg presses. Main issue is even with tempo and pauses, I can do 30+ reps on them. Would the best way to still create a novel stimulus and maintain load, would to be to switch to single leg on the horizontal press?</p>
