I can’t genuinely identify when I want to eat &#8211; I know this is silly but it’s unsettling.</p>

<p>I can have EAAs and carb powder, if I have enough to meet 30-40g of protein will this still produce an MPS spike? Obviously it’s not ideal but trying to make the best of the situation, and will just fill my 24hrs with EAA and carb powder.</p>
