I&#8217;ve been keeping blood flowing by walking where I can and gonna get it checked out soon. Again thank all of you for the advice, it really helped! 😀</p>

I&#8217;m certain it&#8217;s torn but i don&#8217;t know what to do. Looking for more what to do in the short term whilst figuring out long term. Thank you &#x1f64f;</p>

<p>Sounds good, when adjusting would you change calories and keep macro ratio the same or reduce one specifically?</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class = "activity-discussion-title-wrap"><a href="https://www.trainedbyjp.com/forums/topic/diet-and-bodyfat/">Diet and Bodyfat</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>I&#8217;m currently using the calculator on the website and the macro split it gave me for 186cm height and 97kg, however I am at a higher bodyfat percentage (approx 23%) and I&#8217;m used to calorie calculators asking for this metric. Is this relevant to the on site diet planner or do i put in stats as shown?</p>
