I agree with you, it will probably not make sense to cut for the lower Weight class considering it&#8217;s a local comp ahaah. Regarding the training I will try this weeks and let you know! I will introduce comp lifts in the next few weeks and see where I am at strenght wise (my old PRs where 190kgx6 in squats, 240kgx3 in deadlifts and 120kgx2 in bench, so will see what can I do now with more muscle ahha). <p>I was talking to a powerlifter from my gym and he invited me to a competition that will take place very close from where we live, so me and my friends have decided to participate just for fun.</p>
