It started as a pain in my bicep and when I went to a sports therapist I was told the bicep has been picking up the slack of the right pec but they couldn’t say why or find anything else wrong.

My Other feedback was to bring up overall muscularity whilst keeping symmetry. With physique strength being good condition and back thickness

I’ve started doing an U/L split and making great progress but my arms are definitely still behind, is it worth adding an arm day or sticking with U/L, I only weigh 88kg at the minute at 5’11 so have plenty of size still to add.

I’m moving onto the upper lower split and was looking for recommendations on the first pressing moves of the session as I plan to have 3 upper and 3 lower routines to rotate around

Thanks
