<p>Thanks Jordan, those were my initial thoughts! I&#8217;ve also kept in low bar squatting (pause/regular), while obviously not ideal I guess it would still provide some stimulus. Do you think there is any drawback to this?</p>

<p>I&#8217;m a 37 yr old male who beween the ages of 13 and 23, had 7 ACL reconstructions on the right knee, 1 on the left with various meniscectomies. Grafts were also used from each hamstring for two of the surgeries. Needless to say with what I know now, can confidently say I had a shit surgeon for always insisting on more surgery, not to&hellip;</p>
