Also sip on EAA&#8217;s during my session. Should I add some fat to the pre workout meal via almond butter or some other source?</p>

Was just curious if something like that would be useful when you are nearing those super low levels of body fat and pushing the diet really hard.  </p>

<p>Are there any strategies one can implement besides reducing calories further and increasing cardio to get the last bit of body fat down or is it just tweaking the deficit and cardio until you reach that shredded status. <p>Got it! Thank you for the feedback. Do you think the push volume is good or should I reduce? I figure 6 sets for push volume is ok since I&#8217;ll be getting at least 4 sleeps between any of the upper sessions.</p>
