<p>I feel like I’m doing them ok but always get a pump in my erectors and not so much my hammies. </p>

<p>Just would like some pointers/constructive criticism on my heel raised sm squats. Everything feel good, quads hurt like mad afterwards which is ideal</p>

<p>I have a holiday booked to Egypt in June and am unsure what to do as I’m currently taking test-E</p>
<p>I am going for 10 nights and currently pin every Monday &amp; Thursday </p>
<p>Do I risk taking enough test with me to pin on my normal days or could I get away with not brining it with me?</p>
