Is there some reason behind this? </p>
<p>500g pack from Tesco is £2.59 and the pack says it contains about 95g protein. </p>
<p>Seems like a great option and cheap protein source that’s not being utilised much or am I just missing something here? </p>

<p>My starting point would be 250mcg pre cardio and then a further 250mcg pre weights (on days that allow) but any other recommendations would be appreciated.
