<p>I would like to hear your opinions on using a seatbelt on hack squats (not a powerlifting one, but the ones that help you strap yourself to the machine) vs not using it.</p>

How exactly would you define accuracy when training?</p>
<p>I find myself sometimes slightly modifying form to get an extra rep, or maybe pausing several times (e.g. hack sq) to get some more reps (making it kind of a rest pause/Myo reps set), maybe sometimes speeding a bit&hellip;</p>
