<p>I’ve seen some previous posts on salt intake aiming for 1g salt added per meal but it is highly individualised with some athletes using 12g day even up to 21g etc</p>
<p>I’m wondering about the potassium side of things, how do you decide the amount of low salt to use / ratio or if to even use lo salt at all? </p>

<p>Bit of background first. On TRT doctor prescribed since 2019. Came off it to HCG only for 2024 to try fix my test with a private doctor. Ran nothing from September 2024-August 2025 to try get fertile. Sorted that luckily but still couldn’t fix the natural test production secondary idiopathic hypogonadism </p>

During single arm hammer strength iso row (standing off from it with hand supported on chest pad) felt a twinge in my left trap. Now when putting my head back to look up to the ceiling there’s lots of stiffness.<br />
Any advice to stretch it out or help before it becomes a bigger issue ? </p>
