<p>I’ve just had my bloods back and decided I’m going to start TRT. I’ve spent the last few years trying to optimise naturally (training, diet, sleep all dialled in), but I still feel pretty flat.</p>
<p>I’m 38, 5’10, train consistently and relatively lean.</p>

<p>I have received the below bloods back and decided I’m going to start test following trying to optimise my hormones for a few years and still feel flat. I’m 38, trained for several years and diet/ sleep all dialled in and relatively lean.</p>

<p>Would appreciate your thoughts on how to optimise my test levels. </p>
<p>I’m 38 and currently 160lbs and around 15% bodyfat. I have been feeling low test symptoms for a while now and considered TRT so had some blood tests done.</p>
<p>Although my  free test has gone up, my SHBG has also gone up significantly since my last test done June 2025. <p>Obviously the answer is to try it out and see, but would it be better to go to 0.25mg EOD, or 0.5mg twice per week.</p>

<p>I am purchasing GHK-CU 50mg and SLU PP 300mcg capsules from PP.</p>
<p>The GHK is to for general vanity (no shame) and I’m hoping the SLU assists with fat loss etc and gives me some edge in a deficit to make me look leaner quicker.</p>
<p>I’m not currently assisted and new to the peptide world.</p>

<p>I’m 37 and had my hormones checked and have come back normal but not optimal. However, got to a point in my life where I want to feel and look better and optimise the way I feel/ perform.</p>
