I&#8217;m thinking in terms of changing exercise order, adding drop sets, increasing food, etc?</p>
<p>For a example I am at 175lbs  for 8 reps on my smith overhead press, I was not able to hit more reps from my previous session. I don&#8217;t think&hellip;</p>
