Look up Left AFIR pattern on youtube. Look for a guy named Conor Harris. He is a Postural Restoration Institute trainer. Basically your pelvis is rotated to the right having you favor your left leg. You will find yourself leaning on it more and it may seem shorter. It isnt shorter its&hellip;</p>

<p>There are some really good mobilization techniques. Google Sternoclavicular wiggle and sternoclavicular caudal glides. Physiotutors Youtube page is a good resource. You will probably have to have someone perform these for you but it will be worth it. </p>
<p>Dosing: 3 sets of 30 seconds a few times a day.</p>
<p>Note: sometimes just moving joints around&hellip;</p>

<p>I am a second year physical therapy student. Without knowing more or having the ability to to test the muscle itself, I would recommend obviously training around the injury itself. That probably looks like fewer compound movements and more isolation exercises. I would however, work on some isometric holds for your adductor. Copenhagen&hellip;</p>

It’s certainly nothing structural just something off with the musculature. Definitely won’t warrant a trip to a doctor anytime soon. </p>
