<p>Feel ok generally, sleep usually 8 hrs per day, a little more on the weekends.</p>
<p>Was thinking the same thing about the 3pm, would you have maybe some greek yog?</p>

<p>A once size fits all approach surely doesn’t apply here, or does it? 30-40 on Jordan’s frame would look totally different to 30-40 on my 167lb body weight currently </p>
<p>Looking at roughly a 1.5lb gain per week based on the above targets.</p>

Since then I&#8217;ve basically ruined all progress, I&#8217;ve binged pretty much 3 times per week and near enough put 75%ish of that weight back on, it has been a bit embarrassing really. </p>
<p>ATM I do the following and have done for maybe 4 months:</p>

<p>U1<br />2 incline</p>
<p>2 ches support T bar</p>
