<p>Check in day today, kuba was happy with this weeks look and pictures. Recovery is in a fantastic place at the moment so we have had an increase in training volume and food on lower body days. This will also be my first time utilising insulin. </p>

<p>Currently sat at 70.2 kg. I feel pretty great! Body composition is holding well and seems to be improving at the moment.</p>
<p>Today is 14 days away from cycle. Currently still running my TRT, GH, telmarsartan, metaformin, t4 as usual but primo was been out for 14 days and will stay out for 10 weeks minimum.</p>

<p>Managed to beat/match previous rotation even given it was second leg session of the week and sleep had been poor so was happy with that. </p>

<p>Hello mate- in an off-season setting we take it pre-workout mainly for insulin sensitivity, carbohydrate uptake, cognitive enhancement and focus during training, but also has other benefits such as improving lipid levels.</p>
