<p>Or am I setting myself up for breaking my spine in half? 🙂</p>
<p>(for info, I can only SLDL 160kg for 6)</p>

<p>Would 1 set of a  standard stance quad compound EOD &amp; 1 set SLDL EOS suffice for maximum adductor growth?</p>
<p>Or should I do:</p>
<p>1 Set „Wide“ Stance</p>
<p>1 Set  Close Stance (Aj Morris Style)</p>
<p>To hit the Adductors &amp; Quads more „isolated“ in both set ups?</p>

<p>When it first happend I didn‘t feel anything,</p>
<p>A stinging sensation then appeared out of nowhere a few hours after the workout &amp; i was pretty fucking scared which lead me to barely even move my arm for the last 2 days.</p>

<p>Which doesn’t bother me Since I’m after maximum thickness &amp; want to Perform the Hip Hinge primarily as a Back Thickness Builder.</p>
