<p>So I really only watch all of Kuba&#8217;s content and over the past year I&#8217;ve added about 7kg in weight bulking and committing to the progressive overload style training I used to train the &#8220;bro split&#8221; great pumps shit recovery and no gains for about 14 years! I&#8217;m now happy enough begin a cutting phase but&hellip;</p>
