So that could be a good option. I used to wake up and have a steak at like 4.30am but the stomach issues were not worth it at all!</p>
<p>I’ll give that a try and see how it goes. How late is your final meal? Is it pre-bed or a certain time before for digestion &amp; sleep? </p>

Don’t know why that would cause a bruise? A bruise is dead blood cells, so maybes you clipped/nipped a vein and it bled under the skin causing the bruise. I doubt it will be from aspirating</p>
