<p>So I got acne from steroids. not a big cycle 500 test 400 mast. I know this sounds stupid but I didn&#8217;t notice how bad it was until it was too late. Then I pulled all drugs which messed me up even more.</p>

Yesterday I definitely was under-nuorished compared to normal. Going from 6 meals 700+g carbs down to maybe 3 meals a day when sick took a hit on my glycogen stores. I did everything at 80% load and stopped at around 2RIR (never trained with RIR before) except for lateral raises and tricep extensions. Not sure how long it helps you for so would there be any benefit to having .5mg 4x a week or is that not how arimadex works?</p>

Maybe even replace mast with primo and just increase the dose on the primo. It is a more expensive route to go but probably the one that&#8217;ll keep you feeling the same while not needing an AI still</p>

<p>Thank you so much I think taking those supplements might actually help me in prep. I&#8217;m of the mindset that I want to take the least I can all the time and rely the most as possible on food but on prep I do tend to get a bit lazy and fruits and variety in my diet and therefore micronutrients, fish oils, and such might be&hellip;</p>

One more strategy is to back off for 2-3 weeks. You don’t need it. Mentally taking that scoop might help you but it’s mostly placebo most of the time unless you’re really desensitised to caffeine. Make sure you’ve got a good Intra and that’ll help you out more than a pre, especially at that time. </p>

I’ve tried lowering cals and shifting carbs to fats but ended up with worse recovery and looked a bit soft after each rest day.<br />

I’ve been pinning lats and shoulders but my shoulders hurt a lot still and it doesn’t look like I’ll get used to it. You could start growing as you are right now but then you’d have to run a mini cut in a couple of months so I would get down to a true 10-12% so you can, in the long run, spend the most time actually bulking as possible </p>

The only alteration I would make is to your post. Perhaps having the rice cakes and jam right after the gym, like in the parking lot, and then having the rest of the meal 20-30mins later or whenever appetite picks up again.<br />

Definitely don’t have an iso or something lol. And for carbs, dextrose, cluster dextrin I would say minimum to make a difference 20, most I would take is 50 but I only ever do 25g because my digestion isn’t good enough to get 50g while training hard. Make sure your pre isn’t a high fat meal because if you use an Intra you want the carbs in it to be fast absorbing and if you’re still digesting peanut butter there might be bloating from it.<br />
It depends on how much water you can take in during your workout and how many carbs you want to use.
