<p>I’ve finished my dieting phase, from what I’ve been told at my gym by coaches who train there I’m about 3-4 weeks out stage. I’m not competing due to wanting to have more muscle mass before stepping on stage. I’m now looking to slowly transition out into a long off season </p>

<p>I’m currently 9 weeks into diet, taking clen, SLU, Reta and Yohimbine currently. Did bloods and these were the results.</p>
<p>TSH &#8211; 1.43 (0.27 &#8211; 4.2)<br />
Free T3 &#8211; 3.3 (3.1 &#8211; 6.8)<br />
Free Thyroxine &#8211; 13.1 (12 &#8211; 22)</p>
<p>Based off bloods would you recommend I started taking T3 and T4? Have another 8 weeks or so of dieting left still. Thank you!</p>

<p>Testosterone 134 (8-29)</p>
<p>Oestradiol 175 (41-159) </p>
<p>Prolactin 220 (86-324) </p>
<p>I’m not sure as to why I’m getting this, seeing as during my cruise of 300mg my oestrogen was around 220’s and I&hellip;</p>

<p>Before pushing up, I wanted to take 4-5 days away from the gym to freshen up after a long cut </p>
<p>Removed clen was on 40mg, cardio has gone from 40 daily to 25 mins, steps from 15k to 10k, and food increased by 300/330 </p>

ALP in range with 120<br />
ALT 66 which was raised &lt;50<br />
GGT 16 in rage </p>

I donated blood the same day after the bloodwork was done as I hadn’t donated in a while.<br />
Have cruises for 20+ weeks, although my test score came back at 38nmol so slightly too high for a cruise.<br />
