<p>I&#8217;ve dropped the bread in m1, and will cut out the carbs on the higher intensity days. Steps to 10k each day and will add clen in again from tomorrow. I&#8217;ll keep cardio at 30 mins but add a 10 minute brisk walk after. </p>
<p>Dropping the cheat wont be an issue the next couple of weeks but i do find a day or two after a cheat i normally drop&hellip;</p>

<p>I should have been more specific when i said about adding foods, steps etc. Everything is consistent and if i add the extra rice/potato its a set amount (50g carb) after specific training days depending on their output. So i have a Squat/Dead lift day and that gets extra carbs, as does my volume squat day. On all days&hellip;</p>

Started at 220lbs and have dropped to a low of 213 but now my weight is climbing and up at 214-215. Ideally i&#8217;d want to get to below 205.</p>
<p>diet is currently the same 7 days a week. Cheat meal on a weekend but nothing drastic, just an off meal and a beer or three, but not a binge.</p>

I’m an early riser and my kids aren’t up till about 11am lol. So i’ll find a decent local gym and head there early for a fasted workout. If there is no decent gym which is rare I’ll go for a jog or swim for 30-40 mins instead. I notice that when I’m dieting if I reduce my breakfast calories my metabolism seems to slow meaning I have to reduce total calories more. By reducing food from later meals it doesn’t effect hunger as much. </p>

I use 250iu three times a week and have no issues on 150-180mg per week TRT. TRT test I only dose once a week. But some will be more sensitive than others. </p>

<p>Thanks for the reply. Yeah I know my TRT is high but wanted some performance, muscle maintenance and recovery benefits still. </p>
<p>So drop to 100mg and 100mg primo? I usually always ran 160mg on a cruise and this would put my test at top level of range at a trough reading. Estro would be on point with no AI at 160mg a week. So I didn’t think&hellip;</p>

I&#8217;ve dropped to 160mg per week to try and lower my Estrogen a touch and further improve HDL (still want a higher level estrogen for this). Would it be beneficial to reduce test further and add in some mast&hellip;</p>

Close Grip Bench, pin presses, floor press etc, even a banded flat bench is great for triceps.  Find a weight that&#8217;s a hard 3-5 and stick with it for 3-5 sets and a good break between. Then reduce load and focus on 2 sets of 8-10. After that hit either your shoulder or a&hellip;</p>

<p>Yeah i remember the RedBull copy. Was it called &#8220;Kick&#8221; or something like that? I was mixing it with Vodka in my teens though! </p>
<p>Nothing beats a pre-workout cookie. Sometimes i&#8217;ll go for oat and raisin if i want to be extra healthy. But mostly its white choc chip or salted caramel.  🙂</p>

<p>Basically i&#8217;ll microwave 1/4 cup of rice flakes, 1/2 cup oats mixed in almond or oat milk. Let it cool and chill in the fridge. Add some more almond milk and a serving of chocolate whey (or i use ProPeptide which goes very thick) to a Nutribullet&hellip;</p>

<p>With such a solid base and being a great puller and presser you could get really competitive pretty quickly.</p>

<p><span>But the science and logic always baffled me as to why it’s done the way it is. Science says slow digesting protein and the longer you have to wait before you can raise MPS again. But most still eat at set times. </span></p>

<p>I agree with you. Not worth it in my opinion. I tan easily and dont need more than 4 mins twice a week but i honestly dont bother. Far to many people i know with skin cancer now, and they all have one common theme. I love having a tan but i prefer to not have my lymph nodes drained into a bag besides me. Next session do 130kg and shoot for 6-7 perfect reps. Then build on that. </p>

<p>Yeah if its bad and swollen then dont train would be my advice. </p>
<p><span>I had a really bad case of PIP after a Sust jab (i hate Sust!) and trained legs. Warming up with some leg extensions and all of a sudden it felt like a knife has been rammed in my quad and dragged all the way down to me knee&#8221;. Doesn&#8217;t stop me getting up Saturday morning and destroying myself with squats and a full on leg session. </p>
<p>I just wake up drink plenty of fluids. Go out for a stroll with the dog to wake up and get lose. Lite bite and go to the gym. </p>

<p>Hi Jordan, why not 200mg from the start? Do you think after a while you will reduce down again? 200mg is nearer a TRT dose. 250mg is basically double what a Dr would give to the majority, and while A LOT better than doses of old it will still come with negative health implications long term. </p>

The kind of guys who will be retiring at 40 with a fair few million in the bank. Neither bother with bitcoin. So take from that what you will. </p>

<p>Meditrope looked a bit cowboy for me with the whole over filling scenario and naff packaging. </p>
<p>Ansomone and Hyge i can get at quite a good price but its still pretty costly even running 2iu a day preworkout. </p>
