I have been to two different ones here in the Netherlands and they both either recommended an injection or a multi-month recovery program for my shoulders where I basically would do the same exercises that I do at home. Both weren’t interested in finding out exactly what caused the issues so just stopped seeing them.

I recently started with an upper / lower again after a long break and noticed that I still had issues with overhead presses (= pain in the right shoulder).
Might be a stupid question but is there a proper way to track digestion? Up until now I just would write down if I felt bloated or if my stomach didn’t agree with an ingredient, test it out a few more times and if it didn’t get better just eliminate the ingredient

Ok thank you, then I will add Cure-Coming and
Digest Pharma Pro now too and wait a bit with the Insure and Love Heart until I tested all the other supplements out. So the full stack would be:

In the morning together with my protein shake:

– Creatine
– Omega Pharma
– D3 & K2
– Cure-Coming
– Veggie Might

Thank you! Then I will add Dream Sleep and Magnesium to my basket too. I think the Omega wasn’t the best so I am just going to go with Pharma Pro and be sure that I get good quality.

For the digestion and the general (gut-) health is Veggie-Might there enough or are there other things I can take?
