<p>What is your go-to strategy to combat strength changes while cutting?  My assumption is to generally keep the everything the same where you can (exercises, number of reps etc), even when it&hellip;</p>

I am able to do these for a set of six, but as the weight gets heavier I can&#8217;t help but notice my form changing. </p>
<p>I feel like my back is strong enough to pull this kind of weight, so I don&#8217;t feel that I am putting myself in danger, but admittedly keeping&hellip;</p>
