<p>i train in the morning, so would it be better taking mag post wo and then dream sleep pre bed?</p>

Work back up</p>
<p>Limit to 7 exercises max per session ( not counting AB’s ) </p>
<p>That sort of volume is going to be way tooo high if you can train hard, your a member here so I assumed you already train hard &#x1f642;</p>
