<p>Just wanted some recommendations on how I could be improving them and some exercises i should focus on for my weak points.</p>

<p>For context I’m natural, 21, 183cm</p>
<p>I’ve been training for around 5 years with the last 2 years being consistent proper training, I’ve been wanting to step into competing however I’m not sure where to start.<br />
