I’ve been training a little over 2 years and if I’m being immensely honest my results have been sub par.</p>
<p>I’m wanting to start training Upper Lower and honestly I don’t know where to start. My arms are probably my strongest point. Legs and back width + shoulder width definitely needs bringing up.
