Goal is just be leaner in the off-season than last time. As long as I can see top 2 abs I&#8217;m good I hold most of my fat in my mid section. </p>

So gonna be adding in some more food. My sleep is still terrible as well waking up with night sweats. I think I&#8217;m gonna take a more aggressive approach to put some bf back on and go from there. It&#8217;s been a good 6-7 weeks since I&#8217;ve slept completely through the night. Off-season&hellip;</p>

Water intake was the same as every other day. I also monitor blood glucose fasted and was at its lowest ever 70mg/dl. Today is a rest day. Thoughts on another high day? 20k+ steps a day.</p>
