<p>5 whole eggs, Mushrooms, spinach, 2 large wholemeal wraps</p>
<p>200g smoked salmon, 2 bagels, 10g cream cheese</p>
<p>280g cooked flank steak, Salad </p>

Insulin regulates blood sugar levels. Poor Insulin sensitivity will result in high levels of blood glucose, which can be detrimental to health and contribute to bodyfat gain, so we want some of that glucose to be shuttled&hellip;</p>
