Chest and back acne had already gotten bad on cycle but now things are getting worse. I’ve heard large amounts of vitamin A help but is there anything else to do? </p>

I see so many people online saying lower rep ranges are better and then others saying higher reps are better for hypertrophy as opposed to lower reps being for strength. I’m probably overthinking this but I’m curious to hear what anyone has to say</p>

I’m planning on starting at 400mg test, 200 EQ, and 100mg deca. Taking .25 arimidex 2x/week as well as .5mg Reta. Never used nandrolone before so I figure start low like I was told and use the EQ to help with E2. I figure get bloods done around 6/7 weeks and titrate up if things are well</p>

Previously I’ve run 500mg test e and that’s it. Right now I was thinking of running 600mg test e and 200 NPP. Would this be too much?Obviously everyone reacts different but would this be  too much of a jump from running only 500mg test?</p>
