<p><span>I&#8217;ve noticed that when I do SLDLs, my back tends to round at the bottom of the movement, even though I try to maintain good form. It feels like it might be due to stiffness in my posterior chain. Do you have any tips on how to address this?</span></p>

I&#8217;m currently running FB EOD, but I&#8217;m considering moving my push work to EOS. I was wondering if it would make sense to reduce the volume for the muscle groups already trained EOD on the sessions that include push work, just to avoid the total session volume becoming too high. </p>
