In my opinion, it does seem strange, especially with only 4 IU. It’s likely due to the GH source itself, or an issue with water and sodium management, or possibly a negative interaction with another compound you’re taking.

Ground chicken is good, but only if it comes from the butcher or is homemade, because industrial versions often contain a lot more fatty parts. You also need to make sure it’s cooked properly, because it’s not like beef — it definitely has to be fully cooked haha.
